I, the undersigned, represent that (a) I am over the age of 18 years or, if not, that my parent or guardian has given their consent hereto; (b) I am competent to execute, and have the authority to execute, this Photo and Video Release Waiver (“Waiver”); and (c) I have executed this Waiver freely and voluntarily after having read it carefully and having understood its terms.
I hereby grant Central Atlantic Toyota Dealer Advertising Association Inc. (“CATDAA”), its affiliates, agencies, representatives, employees, and authorized partners (“Central Atlantic Toyota”) permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, appearance, and/or statements while attending or participating in this event.
I understand that these photos, videos, and recordings may be used by CATDAA for promotional, marketing, advertising, public relations, educational, and editorial purposes in any format or media now known or later developed, including but not limited to: social media platforms, websites, digital advertising, print materials, television or streaming content, event recaps, email marketing, internal presentations, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.
I understand and agree that all materials will become the property of CATDAA and will not be returned.
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will receive no compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of these materials.
I hereby irrevocably authorize CATDAA the unrestricted right to edit, alter, crop, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the photographs, videos, and recordings without further approval from me. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
I hereby release and agree to hold harmless CATDAA, Central Atlantic Toyota, its directors, officers, assigns, licensees, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the use of my image, likeness, voice, or appearance, including any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or compensation.
I represent that I currently use the Toyota vehicle referenced by me in my appearance and that I will respond with reasonable promptness to requests by Producers that I confirm my continued use of such Toyota vehicle. I further represent that any statements made by me during my appearance are true, to the best of my knowledge, that neither they nor my appearance will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that my statements are not inconsistent with any previous statements made by me with respect to Toyota products or services.
I certify that:
• I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to sign this release; or
• If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian has signed below on the participant’s behalf.
This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS AS EVIDENCED BY THEIR SIGNATURES BELOW.
